Thanks to the Ron, Chef Bernard, and Sommelier David for a fabulous dinner at Emeril’s. The pocini mushoom sauce is still the showstopper.<\/p>\n

Favorite wines were 1971 Besune Greves “Vigne de l’Enfant” Bouchard, 1961 Chablis Valmur Moreau, and 1971 Ch. d’Yquem.<\/p>\n
